INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ.

The form below can be used to preregister for the 2008 McFarling Foods Show. The registration cut-off the show is Thursday, September 11th at 12PM.

Preregistration is important because it allows us to pre-print the book you will use to order at the food show. We cannot let you into the show until we can provide you with a book.

1) After you have filled out the form, press the print form button to print the page as a receipt. Bringing this printed page with you will help us get you into the show faster by matching the information you entered to our customer records.

2) After you have printed the page, be sure to click the "submit your info" button. If you do not do this, we will not receive your registration.
