B.J. is a real sports fanatic. He’s also someone who has met numerous celebrities (we’ll get to that later)! B.J. is a five-year veteran of McFarling Foods. Starting out as a buyer, B.J. is now McFarling’s Controller, heading up the financial and accounting department.

What is the most exciting part of your job and the highlight of your day?

I enjoy the different and daily challenges and how to put together the best solution for our customers. Problem solving! The sense of accomplishment when solving those problems is very rewarding to me.

What is the best compliment you’ve ever received at work?

I get compliments on my organizational and leadership skills.

How do friends and family describe you?

Loyal, dedicated, responsible, proud, a leader, thorough, stubborn and fun to be around.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Living a healthy and enjoyable life, while prospering in my professional career.
