What is the most exciting part of your job or the highlight of your day at work?

Helping my customers (and my co-workers) find solutions to their needs.

What do you find challenging and rewarding about your work?

Challenging - not always being able to provide everything my customers need.
Most Rewarding - being a part of my customers success and growing their business.

Do you have any mentors in your professional life?

I have a few previous supervisors/co-workers that have mentored me. Although they are currently in different fields, we stay in contact and continue to challenge each other to be better.

What was your first paying job?

Bagging groceries.

Family life

I have been married to my wife Audrea for 26 years in October. We have one daughter, Cassandra who is in college to become a Radiology Tech.

Any hidden talents?

After many years in retail, I have a keen eye for loss prevention and spotting shoplifters.

Have you ever met anyone famous?

AJ Foyt, Bob Knight and Dick Vitale. I even had the opportunity to cook BBQ chicken thighs for the Coaches.

Can you speak more than one language?

Sarcasm :)

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I try to take it one day at a time. I have plans and goals, but make changes as needed.
