For Greg Matheis, new challenges and problem solving are the best parts of his job as Operations Manager at McFarling Foods. Greg has been the Operations Manager at McFarling Foods for the past two and half years. His duties include process/system improvements for both McFarling Foods (MCF) and McFarling Cold Storage (MCS). This includes receiving, inventory management and overall TCB (‘taking care of business’). Prior to being named Operations Manager, Greg was the Transportation Supervisor.
