The spread of COVID-19 due to the Novel Coronavirus has many restaurants conducting only take-out service or even closed. To get your restaurant ready to reopen at full-service, follow these cleaning and disinfecting steps to protect your employees and guests.
STEP 1 (NDC)
Disinfect High-Traffic/High-Touch Areas
- Use Proper PPE
- Wipe all door knobs
- Wipe all handles
- Wipe all common area surfaces
- Spray-Wipe-Spray
- Walk away for 10 min
STEP 2 (LT-77)
Degrease, Clean facility
- Use Proper PPE
- Start with walls, cleaning from top of wall to the bottom
- Clean all tables and chairs including the legs, fixtures, etc.
- Remove all dust, grease, grime
- Rinse with potable water
STEP 3 (Certain Step)
Clean Kitchen Tile Floors
- Use Proper PPE
- Scrub all floors, around legs of and under equipment/tables/li>
- Clean all tables and chairs including the legs, fixtures, etc.
- Leave in place on floor for five minutes
- Rinse with potable water
STEP 4 (Certain Step)
Disinfect
- Use Proper PPE
- Scrub all floors, around legs of and under equipment/tables/li>
- Clean all tables and chairs including the legs, fixtures, etc.
- Leave in place on floor for five minutes
- Rinse with potable water
